Welcome to this Web site, which is owned and operated by Kaper II, Inc. subsidiary, affiliate or related company (throughout these Terms of Use “Kaper II and  it’s line Woody’s Accessories” refers collectively to Woody’s Accessories.  (the “Site”). Woody’s Accessories is a brand, product line that is owned by the company, Kaper II Inc. Kaper II maintains the Site as a service to its visitors, subject to the following terms and conditions concerning the use of the Site (“Terms of Use”). When you use the Site, you accept the Terms of Use; if you do not agree to the Terms of Use you may not use the Site. Kaper II reserves the right to modify content on the Site and these Terms of Use periodically without prior notice.

Use of Content on the Site

You are solely responsible for protecting your own account password and other private account information.  Kaper II will take the utmost care and security measures to protect your personal information once it is input into our online profile. Kaper II will not sell, give away, or share your email address or personal information to a second party.

All contents including pictures, graphics and information content are sole property of Kaper II, Inc. Information may be downloaded, printed and viewed as information only and not to be published on any other medium unless given written permission from Kaper II management. Woody’s distributors are welcome to request images for their commercial use through the Kaper II’s graphics department. 

BY accessing or using the Woodys Accessories website, or any applications (including mobile applications) made available by Woody’s Accessories however, accessed you agree to be bound by these terms of use (“Terms of Use”). The Service is owned or controlled by Kaper II, Inc. These Term of Use affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use, do not access or use the Site and Service. 

Termination Disclosure

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which, may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Ordering
At the time you place your order, our system will validate the credit card information you provided and verify that funds are available in your account. If the information you provided during checkout fails to coincide with the information on file for the credit card you used, our security system will deny your order. If the information you provided is accurate, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your order on the day that your order is shipped.

Pricing

Kaper II, Inc. does not provide a price match or low price guarantee when you make a purchase from our online store. Because actual pricing and sales tax costs vary from location to location, Kaper II, Inc. also does not guarantee the actual pricing for products sold at any of our stores. Your final total for purchases that you make online, or at any of our retail locations, may not reflect the same dollar amount that you would pay at another one of our stores.

Clearance and Promotional Items

Clearance prices are only good while supplies last, and are provided on a first come, first served basis. Kaper II, Inc. does not offer back orders or rain checks on clearance items. Our stores are not able to order, restock, or transfer in any clearance items, and Kaper II, Inc. does not substitute any other items for a clearance-priced item. Other sales, discounts, or promotional codes will not be applied to clearance pricing, and Kaper II, Inc. does not offer large quantity discounts. Clearance items are not eligible for, or count toward, any shipping promotions or discounts, even when combined with other items in your order.

All sales for clearance items are final, and clearance items are sold “as is.” Clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.
