If you are wanting to return an item you purchased from the Woody’s Accessories online store, we would be happy to assist you. First there is a few directions to expedite the process so we can to maintain our goal of keeping happy customers.
Hassle-free 30 –day return policy
1. First you must request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 30 days of your purchase. You can do so by filling out the RMA request form below and a return shipping label will be emailed to you. We do not mail physical labels, as it would create a longer turnaround time and they can be easily lost. If you lose your label after you print it, just simply open your email from us and reprint another. Easy Peazy!
2. Returns within the U.S. will receive a USPS label for small orders or a UPS label large orders.
3. What will we accept returns for? RMAs will be approved for issues pertaining to manufacturing defects, dissatisfaction and miss-shipments.
4. All we ask is that returned merchandise is returned clean, unused, damage free and in resalable condition for full credit to be issued or a restocking fee could be charged if these requests are not met.
5. Please allow 7 business days to see a refund on your credit card statement.
6. Unfortunately we do not refund shipping. Shipping products back are paid by the customer.
7. COD (Collect on delivery) and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.
• There is a 20% restocking fee if the item is not returned in new condition. No exceptions.

Large Order and Non-Returnable Items
• LEDs: Please order small quantities of LEDs and LED products to test for suitability in your application before ordering large quantities from Woody’s Accessories
• A 20% restocking fee may apply to orders containing quantities of 100 or more pieces, orders with missing materials or merchandise
• We have a 30-day exchange policy.
• We will only exchange items if the value of the item(s) you are returning matches exactly the value of the item(s) you want to exchange them for.
